Reka Haros is a Marketer who inherited, together with her husband, a small winery in Italy in 2002. Before that, she was marketing Dannon yogurts in a saturated market and developing ads at Leo Burnett CEE for P&G washing powders and tampons.
From FMCG to the wine industry, her work experiences allow her to have a vision and understanding of both small and big business marketing. She knows what it’s like to be the owner of a small winery and work with tiny little budgets but also what it takes to direct global brands, plan and execute global and local marketing activities, be responsible for multi-million €/$ budgets, and be market-driven above all.
Putting her knowledge and experience into action, she founded Reframe Wine in 2018 to help wine marketers become more effective in their work and therefore achieve better results.
